Use this address for website or account questions, collaboration, data errors and privacy requests. Include a subject and the relevant page link so we can identify the issue.
Need a company record refreshed?
- Open the company profile and use its Request update button. Sign in when prompted.
- The request enters a background queue and is handled as soon as possible. Clicking the button does not mean that the record has already been refreshed.
- For an incorrect record, email the 13-digit registration number, the disputed field and supporting source.
What to include
A page link, registration number, issue description and relevant public evidence are enough to start the review. Do not include passwords, one-time codes or payment card details.
